Lottsa occupies the Triangle Building at the northwest corner of Riverside and 19th Avenue South, one block east of Cedar Avenue. The entrance to the building is located at 1820 Riverside Avenue.
We’re across 19th Ave from the University of MN’s Carlson Business School and just down the block from the Humphrey Institute. We look across Riverside Ave at the Hard Times Cafe. These landmarks of the West Bank make it relatively easy to find our offices.
Parking:
UPDATE (November 20, 2024) – Lottsa clients may park at the surface parking lot that is between Cedar Ave and 19th Ave, on the north side of Riverside Ave (same block that we’re on). There is an entrance on Riverside Ave , between Cedar and 19th Ave, and a second entrance on 3rd St, via Cedar Avenue. The lot is operated on behalf of the Cedar Riverside Business Association. The lot no longer uses tickets and no longer has arms at the entrances. Once in the lot, you will need to use the camera on your cell phone to scan a QR Code, choose the option “Validate at Supported Businesses” and follow the steps to register you license plate and car. Once you have reached Lottsa’s office, we will provide validation, also using your phone. If you have any difficulty or concern, you may come directly to Lottsa offices, we can assist you with the entire transaction. Use this link to see specific instructions of how to use the new QR Code system to park for free when visiting Lottsa.
We cannot validate parking in the ramp that the university operates.
Meters are available on Riverside. They are strictly enforced.
The parking spots in the lot between our building and the parking ramp are all contract parking and should not be used without specific authorization to do so.
Biking:
We have a very nice bike rack outside our offices on 19th Ave.
Metro Transit:
Light Rail: We are 1 1/2 blocks south of the Green Line’s West Bank stop. Take the elevator up to 19th Ave, then proceed to our office by foot or with your bike.
Bus:
We are near route numbers 2, 3, 7, 19, 22, 114, 272, and 490.
